Each year our chapter volunteers many hours improving the lives of citizen in and around our community. Our goal is to be productive and creative in making a difference in our community. We help educate youth with our tutorial and mentoring programs. We have partnered with the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art to advocate the arts, cultural enrichment and diversity. We have worked with Habitat for Humanity providing lunches for volunteer workers building homes in Broward County. Health awareness and financial support for medical research is a major concern for us as we help our community and others. The Links, Incorporated, Fort Lauderdale Chapter has received honors from the Museum of Art-Fort Lauderdale, Florida A & M University (Alumnae Chapter), and the United Negro College Fund.
